Episode #24 - Santa Claus: The Movie
Tuesday Dec 11, 2012
Tuesday Dec 11, 2012
Santa Claus: The Movie is a (you guessed it!) movie about the origins of Santa... but only for the first half. The second half is a bizarre tale about Dudley Moore unwittingly helping John Lithgow take down Santa Claus. In our first annual "Holiday Movie Fiasco Fiesta" we try to answer some burning questions about this Christmas non-classic, such as "Did Santa really die at the beginning of the film?", "Why doesn't Santa like homeless children?", and "Does Brad Pitt have an English accent in Fight Club?". Grab your magical glowing lollipops, put away your crappy wooden Elf Made toys, and join us as we try to save Santa Claus: The Movie from an exploding flying car!

Special guest Mark Nicotra joins us as we try to figure out whether or not this movie is a parody. Grab your drumsticks, pay your $5 cover charges, and join us as we send Tango & Cash to prison!

Episode #22 - Street Fighter
Sunday Nov 18, 2012
Sunday Nov 18, 2012
Raul Julia plays megalomaniac and shopping mall designer General M. Bison in this mid 90's adaptation of the Street Fighter video game series. Bison captures some hostages and asks for a $20 billion ransom. It's up to Jean-Claude Van Damme and a bunch of other people in goofy costumes to stop him and save the hostages. 3 out of 4 Stop The Movie podcasters voted this movie as "so bad it's good". I was not one of them. Grab your hover boots, put your Bison Bucks in the bank, and join us as we help Street Fighter fake its own death!

Episode #21 - Sucker Punch
Sunday Nov 04, 2012
Sunday Nov 04, 2012
Sucker Punch is such a muddled mess of a movie that we had to bring in a special guest star to help us sort through it! Television's own John Evenson joins us as we dig through the Inception-esque layers of Sucker Punch and try to come up with something that resembles sense. Zombie Nazis, dragons, robots, giant samurai, John Hamm! This movie has it all! Turn off your brains, do a sexy dance, and join us as we try to lobotomize Sucker Punch!

Episode #16 - Super Mario Bros.
Monday Aug 27, 2012
Monday Aug 27, 2012
Super Mario Bros. is famous for being the first film to be based off of a video game, and infamous for being bad. Maybe it’s because we’ve exposed ourselves to some real trash, but we didn’t think it was that terrible! Don’t get me wrong, this movie is bizarre enough to provide us with plenty to talk about! So wind up your Bob-ombs, get on your Koopa mattresses, and find out why IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PEACH as we de-evolve Super Mario Bros. into a puddle of goo!

So get out your green glowing rocks, hand over your nuclear warheads, and join us as we hurl Superman IV into the sun!
