Episode #14 - 88 Minutes
Sunday Jul 29, 2012
Sunday Jul 29, 2012
Leelee Sobieski makes a triumphant return to Stop the Movie in this 2007 Al Pacino classic. Pacino plays Jack Gramm, forensic psychologist, college professor, and the object of every woman’s desires, who receives a cryptic phone call informing him that he has 88 minutes to live. He must race against the clock to try to figure out who’s trying to kill him, all the while trying to hide the fact that he’s only 4 feet tall. This movie has more last names per minute than any other film in cinema history. Put on your motorcycle leathers, SHOW US YOUR HANDS and join us as we let Al Pacino drive our taxi cab for 88 Minutes!

Episode #13a - Garbage Pail Kids (Part 1)
Monday Jul 16, 2012
Monday Jul 16, 2012
The illustrious Topps Chewing Gum Productions churned out this 1987 classic to capitalize off of their popular line of trading cards. This film’s awfulness is so epic we had to split our review into two parts! 15 year old Dodger enlists the help of a rambunctious gang of short, disgusting aliens (we think) to help him out with his girl problems, and they teach him a little something about life and ugliness along the way! Put on your Michael Jackson jackets, cover your toes, and join us as we try to coax The Garbage Pail Kids Movie back into it’s trash can!

Episode #12 - A Little Bit of Heaven
Monday Jul 02, 2012
Monday Jul 02, 2012
Kate Hudson plays a zany young woman who finds out she has colon cancer... and hijinks ensue! A Little Bit of Heaven made a whopping $10,000 on its opening weekend and was on DVD a month later. That is a unique type of trash. This film is a romantic comedy that is neither romantic nor comedic. Schedule a colonoscopy, get yourself a little Italian, and joins us as we get smarmy with A Little Bit of Heaven!

Episode #11 - The Happening
Wednesday Jun 06, 2012
Wednesday Jun 06, 2012
Wahlberg turns in a realistically gritty and emotionally disturbing performance in Shymalan’s finest film. I am, of course, speaking of Donnie Wahlberg in “The Sixth Sense”. Mark Wahlberg sleeps his way through “The Happening” as M. Night Shyamalan completely gives up on trying to make a good film and treats us to scenes of Mark Wahlberg running away from the wind, and then trying to reason with a plastic plant! Close your doors and windows, be scientific, and join us as we try to murder “The Happening” in its sleep!

Episode #10 - Ed
Monday Jun 04, 2012
Monday Jun 04, 2012
Matt LeBlanc makes the most baffling career choice of any of the Friends cast and stars along side a baseball playing chimp in this week’s movie. Yes, we know that “Ed” is a children’s movie and should get a pass, but unless your little ones are into sexual innuendo, drinking, swearing, and racial tension, and grand theft auto, this movie isn’t something they should ever see. Grab your John Deere hats, hold onto your toupees, and join us as we dress “Ed” in a clown suit and lock it in a cage!

Episode #9 - Jaws IV: The Revenge
Sunday May 20, 2012
Sunday May 20, 2012
Michael Caine forgets that he’s an actor and stars in this unforgivable Jaws sequel. The Brody family is followed from Amity all the way to the Bahamas by a shark who has a bone to pick. Special guest host Tim Ferlito helps us to finally unravel the mystery behind whose revenge is being exacted in this movie! Practice your fake Jamaican accents, get on your banana boats, and join us as we fall helplessly into the mouth of Jaws IV: The Revenge!

Episode #8 - One Missed Call
Sunday Apr 29, 2012
Sunday Apr 29, 2012
One Missed Call is 70 minutes of garbage followed by 20 minutes of... what’s worse than garbage? It’s 20 minutes of whatever that is. This J-Horror remake stars Shannyn Sossamon as a college student (we think) and Edward Burns as a cop (not confirmed) who race against time to save Sossamon from an evil voice mail. Please set your inhalers to silent, turn on your nanny cams, and join us as we push One Missed Call into the path of an oncoming train!

Episode #7 - Over the Top
Sunday Apr 15, 2012
Sunday Apr 15, 2012
Sylvester Stallone plays Lincoln Hawk, a truck driver, arm wrestler, and world’s worst father. Hawk and his estranged son drive across multiple states to make it home in time to see his dying ex-wife, stopping at every truck stop along the way and arm wrestling strangers. This movie provides a fascinating, in depth look at the rules of double elimination. Grab yourself a cold glass of motor oil, turn your hat backwards, and join us as we drive a big rig through Over the Top!

Episode #6 - House of the Dead
Sunday Apr 01, 2012
Sunday Apr 01, 2012
A fascinating and beautiful film rich in story and character. The amazingly talented ensemble cast intertwine into a beautiful tapestry of extraordinarily human and relatable relationships. A gripping and deep story leads to an emotionally raw and thought provoking climax that will stick with you for years to come... That’s my review of “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”. House of the Dead is garbage and isn’t worthy of a witty synopsis. Load up your assault rifles, take off your bikini tops, and join us as we spew zombie acid all over House of the Dead!
